You don’t need to be an expert to start importing from China.

Once you complete your order payment, we’ll ship the goods out to you typically within 3 business days.
The goods are shipped to you directly from our warehouse in China or the USA, or directly from the factory, and arrive in just a few days.

You receive your products professionally and securely packed at your doorstep.

How Fast Can I Get My Products?

The total time from payment to delivery (to you or your customer) is typically 4–8 days.

  • Order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch:
    Same day or within 7 business days for orders up to 50 pcs.

Current delivery times by shipping method:

  • DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT: 2–5 days

  • Air Shipping: 3–10 days

How Are Products Shipped to Me From China?

We ship your goods by air express courier.

  • The courier choice varies by country. Most countries can choose from DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • EMS and TNT are also available for certain countries.

  • Small orders can be shipped very cheaply via Air Mail — this option will appear at checkout if the weight is low.

For bulk orders:

We can also arrange for you to pick up from our warehouse using your own forwarder, or we can offer competitive rates for bulk air freight or sea freight.

Receiving Your Delivery

We guarantee your order will be delivered successfully.

  • Couriers require a signature upon delivery — this ensures fast and secure delivery.

  • Please provide a full and accurate shipping address, and a valid phone number.
    If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer’s phone number.

Air Express Courier Process

After dispatch from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China, the shipment is sent to the airport in Hong Kong or Guangzhou, then flown to your nearest major logistics hub, and finally delivered by local courier services.

Import / Customs

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier.
They may need to contact you to confirm shipment details. If additional paperwork is required, we will assist you fully.

  • Local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country.
    In most cases, there is nothing to pay. If there is, you’ll receive a small surcharge bill upon delivery.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on:

  • Actual weight or dimensions of the goods

  • Delivery location

The Air Waybill may show a lower weight than the shipping band you paid for — this happens when an item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.

  • Prices vary by courier and are subject to change without notice.

  • We’re constantly working to lower shipping costs for you.

  • All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of failed delivery.

  • If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Worldwide Shipping and Legality

We offer worldwide shipping to almost all locations.

⚠️ You are responsible for checking the legality of importing your items into your country before placing an order.
We are not responsible for confiscated items or any associated costs incurred by local authorities.

  • Customs clearance is handled by the courier in the destination country (and in some cases, en-route countries).

  • You must be available for contact in case of any query or clearance confirmation.

Note

Importing is a breeze in most countries!
You may need to pay your country’s VAT (sales tax) and sometimes import duty when items arrive.
But in the vast majority of cases, packets or cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all.

Important Reminders

  • Read the item description carefully. We ship exactly what you order.
    While we manually check orders for compatibility issues, we do not accept returns for healthy products that were simply mis-ordered.

  • Delivery time for larger orders:
    If your order exceeds our available stock, it may take up to 1 week longer to dispatch (shipped directly from the factory). We’ll contact you in such cases.

  • First-time drop-shipping orders:
    If you’re shipping to a different address than your own, we may need to complete a verification check, which can add 1–3 days to processing time.
